The location was CENTRAL. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast offered great variety. The fresh omelets were particularly good.

The noise in the area was QUITE unbearable. Music continued until around 2 AM. The bass could be heard even through ear plugs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could leave my suitcases for a day when i went on a cruise. Breakfast was really great. The hotel location is central. I enjoyed the exciting and interesting part of the city.

The staircase to the top floor bar seemed a bit difficult to navigate. It was slightly dark and the handrail felt a little sticky to the touch. The step going into the bathroom in the bar area was almost invisible. I think it could be a small trip hazard.

aggressive drivingpoor breakfast

the hotel driver was late picking me up from the airport. his driving was also aggressive. at the hotel, i received multiple explanations. the room i received was noisy, and earplugs were next to the bed.. the continental breakfast was not good either.

The location allows easy walking to the city's lively areas. Our room provided needed amenities. Breakfast offered decent value. I found the staff friendly and always helpful. They provided extra water as I departed, a considerate gesture I appreciated very much.
